The league will certainly deal with a tight schedule once the 2019-20 season resumes at Disney World in Orlando, Florida on July 31. However, NBA officials confirmed that they will still be sticking to normal game schedules despite having three available venues.

Per Keith Smith of Yahoo Sports, multiple games will be played within a day but the league won't necessarily rush to continue matches in rapid succession.

While the safety of everyone involved will still be of paramount importance, the league will also take in account the respective time zones of each team's fan base. The league will come up with the right schedule so that fans will be able to watch the games they want to see.

With over a month left before the resumption of the season, the league still needs to iron out a few more details to make it go as smoothly as possible. Apart from medical concerns, scheduling is another factor that the NBA must treat with importance.

The 22 teams are expected to play their remaining regular-season games in a span of two weeks. The playoffs are scheduled to begin on August 17 and could last up until October 13.

The lottery, on the other hand, will take place on August 25, while the draft is scheduled on October 15. All teams can begin their training camp by November, while the 2020-21 season starts on December 1.

By the looks of it, the timetable certainly looks achievable, barring any major hindrances that could once again jeopardize the season. The league has already announced that they will push through with the season, even if another player tests positive for the coronavirus.

Medical protocols are also in place in the event that it happens.
