Well, it looks like Los Angeles Rams cornerback Robey-Coleman is not going to escape the label as the man who got away clean from a costly mistake in the NFC title game. Over at BetOnline.ag, Robey-Coleman has odds of +200 to get called for a pass interference call in Super Bowl 53, while the price for him not getting that kind of penalty this Sunday is -300.
Back in the NFC Championship Game against the New Orleans Saints, Robey-Coleman was a figure in perhaps one of the most infamous moments in the history of the NFL playoffs. During the crucial moments of the game, Robey-Coleman hit Saints receiver Tomylee Lewis but was not called for a pass interference. Replays showed that Robey-Coleman clearly hit Lewis before the Saints’ wideout could even get the ball, a clear violation of the league’s rules.
A $100 bet on the odds for Robey-Coleman to get called for pass interference this Sunday in Atlanta has the potential to win a bettor $200, while a $300 bet on the opposite can earn a punter $100.
Robey-Coleman, who’s part of the Rams’ secondary unit that features Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters, is likely going to be assigned to cover the likes of Chris Hogan and Cordarrelle Patterson.
