New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is one of the greatest NFL players of all time. That much is already undeniable, and Brady is ready to add another accolade to his list. If he can throw for another 366 yards in Week 5 against the Washington Redskins, Brady will pass both Brett Favre and Peyton Manning in career passing yards, according to Pro Football Focus.

Brady is also closing in on the most passing yards in a career. New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees is the current record-holder, but he's only 3,270 yards ahead of Brady. There is a possibility that Brady passes Brees this year, as he's continually gaining ground while Brees recovers from injury.

In all likelihood, Brady will pass both greats during the Redskins game. Washington is a totally dysfunctional team that is currently sitting at 0-4, and fields one of the worst defenses in football. They allowed three passing touchdowns to Mitchell Trubisky and the Chicago Bears, so Brady shouldn't have a problem ripping them apart.

One thing working against Brady is that the Patriots won't be passing much against Washington. Coach Bill Belichick's crew will jump out to an early lead, which means plenty of carries for Sony Michel and Rex Burkhead. It could also mean that Brady will be sitting on the bench when the fourth quarter comes around.

If you're looking for a competitive game, look elsewhere. New England will turn this one into another blowout and continue their undefeated ways.
