New Orleans Pelicans star Anthony Davis has had a bizarre last few months, but when on the court, everything seems to fall in place. Davis and his minutes total are a headscratcher for one of the league's top talents with a team currently not interesting in deploying him to his fullest potential. In case those around the league forgot what that potential included, Davis unleashed a hellacious jam during the third quarter of Tuesday's eventual loss to the Milwaukee Bucks:

Bucks wing Pat Connaughton was brave for attempting to get into the vicinity of breaking this one up, but even his ridiculous level of bounce was no match for Davis, who threw the jam home with his off hand.

Davis played exactly 21 minutes for the third consecutive game Tuesday, collecting 21 points and 12 rebounds in that span. The stunted minutes have slowly ruined Davis' season totals, which still sit at a gaudy 26.5 points and 12.2 rebounds per game, while sitting at second in the league in blocks per contest (2.5).

There's little reason to believe that the Pelicans will suddenly have a change of heart over the season's final month, which will likely leave fans catching snippets of the dominance Davis put on display earlier this season. It seems likely that his seven-year run in New Orleans is approaching it's final few weeks as 2018-19 winds down, but the question surrounding Davis on a nightly basis from here on out will be where his future lies and who he'll be catching rim-rocking lobs from in 2019-20.
