As if we needed more fire to fuel the Kyle Lowry trade rumors. That's exactly what the Toronto Raptors veteran provided us with though, as reports have just surfaced pertaining to Lowry's decision to sell his home in Toronto.

According to a report by the Toronto Star, Lowry has sold off the five-bedroom, 10-bathroom property for $5.1 million. The 34-year-old was reportedly asking for $5.3 million for the mansion but has since accepted a bid lower than his perceived market value. It is worth noting that Lowry purchased the home for $5.25 million back in 2017, which means that he is set to sustain a loss with this recent sale.

Below is an image of Lowry's (former) not-so-humble abode:

Kyle Lowry’s former Toronto home, just east of Bayview Avenue, sold for a bit less than he paid for it.

Once you factor all that information in, it does seem to point to the notion that Lowry wanted to get rid of the property as soon as he possibly could. Does this mean that he's already packed his bags and is now on his way out of Toronto?

Whispers have recently emerged pertaining to the Raptors possibly testing the waters in a potential Lowry trade. The 6-foot point guard is just a year removed from six consecutive All-Star appearances and his services would certainly provide a boost for any team that hopes to trade for him. Lowry would be an excellent fit, especially on a contender looking for an upgrade at the point guard spot.

The question is, however, what does Toronto want in return for Lowry? If they have indeed placed him on the trading block, then what type of value have they placed on his head? More importantly, are opposing teams willing to meet this hypothetical price tag?
