The Pittsburgh Steelers have started to express frustration about their 10th overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft, Devin Bush.

Bush, who is a linebacker, hasn't developed the way that the Steelers were hoping for as they have decided not to pick up his fifth-year option. He has struggled this season and has even been benched occasionally throughout the year.

There are clearly a lot more issues with the Steelers than just Devin Bush. They are 5-5-1 and have not looked good for most of the season. They have embarrassing losses in the past two weeks as they have given up 41 points to both the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Chargers. They also tied the Detroit Lions who have not won a game all season long, 16-16.

If Pittsburgh wants to turn their organization around to what it was a few years ago, they're going to need to either rebuild in the draft or make some trades. It is clear that Ben Roethlisberger is not the guy for the job anymore as their offense has been horrible for most of the season.

Devin Bush does not appear that he will be in a Steelers jersey next season due to his lack of development. They're going to need to find a replacement for him, but with the way that he has been playing, it shouldn't be that hard.

Pittsburgh could still get into the playoffs but they are going to need a miracle. They're taking on the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday and if they want to make the playoffs, they need to win this game as Baltimore is in first place of their division.
