The Phoenix Suns took Game 2 against the Milwaukee Bucks despite an unbelievable performance from Giannis Antetkounmpo as the two-time MVP dropped 42 points. However, a comment made by Jeff Van Gundy during the broadcast has come to light.

Van Gundy apparently said this about Devin Booker: “Looks like a choir boy, but he plays like a hoodlum.”

Um, what?

Not a good comment by Van Gundy, and the world of Twitter exploded with reactions after hearing the comments regarding the Suns star.

Of course, ESPN has already been in hot water after Rachel Nichols' comments surfaced, forcing the network to pull her from Finals sideline coverage and name Malika Andrews as the sideline reporter. Now Van Gundy says this regarding Booker in Game 2 as the Suns went on to win, and who knows what comes next.

More reactions piled in, and some of them were top-notch as always.

Yet another awful look and now Van Gundy will surely face criticism over the next couple of days until Game 3, which is scheduled for Sunday. To make things more interesting — and perhaps cover his bases — Van Gundry dropped a Jay-Z quote during the game as well.

This was Jeff Van Gundy in peak form, but the comment regarding the Suns star was one that was not needed.
