It appears that The Mandalorian video game footage has leaked online. Are we really getting another Star Wars game or is it just another mod disguised as a leak? Check out the footage right here:
The Mandalorian Video Game Footage Leaks Online
The Mandalorian is an American space Western television series created by Jon Favreau for Disney+. It's the first live-action series in the Star Wars franchise, beginning five years after the events of Return of the Jedi. It stars Pedro Pascal as The Mandalorian, a lone bounty hunter who goes on the run after being hired to retrieve “The Child”.
As the Mandalorian video game starts, we see our favorite bounty hunter shooting at Stormtroopers on some kind of Empire ship. He then swings over gaps and upgrades his kit. The footage implies that we may very well be getting a full game based on the critically-acclaimed Star Wars series. Although I do hate to say that you should take this news with a grain of salt.
As exciting as this upcoming game is, there’s a huge chance that this could be fake. It looks like a very early build either way with some janky Stormtrooper AI and unfinished animations. This game could easily be a mod built on top of the code of cancelled bounty-hunter shooter Star Wars: 1313. I guess we'll just have to wait for an official announcement from LucasArts Games. Until then, we can simply go back and replay Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
