The Oklahoma City Thunder might be in the midst of a rebuild this season, but that doesn't mean that there won't be exciting moments. Case in point: Aleksej Pokuševski, who pulled off this Showtime-esque move in the preseason.

SPICY! Pokuševski has been flying under the radar for casual NBA fans, but the kid has the potential to be something special. This play is a showcase of what he can do for the Thunder: after evading the first defender with a behind-the-back dribble, he shook the defender with a hypnotic combo dribble that ended in a sweet behind-the-back pass to Jeremiah Robinson-Earl. He then cut to the rim and received an easy pass to complete this beautiful play.

Pokuševski entered the NBA draft as a raw, rail-thin center prospect with ball-handling and playmaking skills. He was drafted in 2020 by the Thunder with the 17th pick. He didn't have eye-popping stats in his rookie year: averaging only 8.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.2 assists. However, with a year's worth of experience under his belt, Poku is ready to prove his worth to the Thunder organization.

The Thunder is undergoing a rebuild this season, but they have some exciting prospects that they can build on. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is looking like the NBA franchise point guard they need after Westbrook's departure, and he's looking to bounce back from a meh 2020 season. Lu Dort made a name for himself in the bubble for doing an admirable defensive job on James Harden.

With SGA, Dort, and new rookie Josh Giddey joining Aleksej Pokuševski in the lineup, the Thunder are looking like a must-watch NBA League Pass team, if only for their highlights on the court.
