Travis Scott has been immensely involved with Jordan Brand over the last few years, releasing some of the most-hyped Air Jordan collaborations we've ever seen. It wasn't long before Scott received his very own Jordan silhouette, marked by the newest Jordan Jumpman Jack, which was later renamed the CJ 1 T-REXX. The sneakers were designed by Scott himself and he's been seen rocking them exclusively in the lead-up to their release.

The Houston-native has been seen all throughout the NBA season supporting his hometown Houston Rockets courtside and even collaborating with the team on a number of projects. Seen courtside at Game 2 of the NBA Finals, it's clear who Travis Scott is supporting throughout this series.

The CJ 1 T-REXX, a.k.a. Jordan Jumpman Jack, was first released in late-April 2024 and debuted in the Sail/Dark Mocha colorway. The shoes were received with much praise and instantly sold out online, on-par with all of Travis Scott's previous Jordan releases. The shoes feature aspects, including a flat outsole and lockdown strap, that Scott used as inspiration from previous Jordan sneakers. The model is uniquely his own, featuring small details like his “TS” and “Cactus Jack” logos throughout the shoe.

In a never-before-seen colorway, Travis Scott rocked a “Celtics” version of the sneakers for Game 2 of the NBA Finals. The shoes feature the iconic Boston Celtics green, contrasted by their secondary color of black. The signature backwards Nike Swoosh is done in a lighter green color and the sneakers scream Celtics basketball.

While we're still awaiting a formal drop to the public, it's fun to see Travis Scott pledging his allegiance to the Jordan-sponsored Boston Celtics. With Jayson Tatum also being signed to Jordan Brand as one of their top athletes, it's clear why Scott would choose to support his colleague and friend.

What do you think of these “Celtics” Jordan Jumpman Jack sneakers? Should Travis Scott show up to Dallas in a “Mavs” version of these?
