The Los Angeles Lakers are truly built different, as Markieff Morris is the latest player to shrug off another hard collision in Game 1 of their Western Conference Conference Finals series against the Denver Nuggets on Friday. At the nine-and-a-half minute mark of the second period, Kieff got baited by a Monte Morris head fake. The 6-foot-8 forward landed awkwardly on the Nuggets player's back and hit the floor pretty hard.

Take a look at the scary collision here.

While most players would stay on the floor after such a hard hit, Morris showed he is fine and even got a workout in the process. Kieff executed a few push up reps before being helped up by his teammate Alex Caruso. Morris is the second Laker to shake off a hard hit in the first half.

Superstar LeBron James also managed to punch in a ferocious two-handed jam just moments after appearing to tweak his ankle early in the second canto.

The Lakers certainly know how to take their licks and keep on ticking.
