VIDEO: Scary Markieff Morris collision that ends in push ups

Markieff Morris Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers are truly built different, as Markieff Morris is the latest player to shrug off another hard collision in Game 1 of their Western Conference Conference Finals series against the Denver Nuggets on Friday. At the nine-and-a-half minute mark of the second period, Kieff got baited by a Monte Morris head fake. The 6-foot-8 forward landed awkwardly on the Nuggets player’s back and hit the floor pretty hard.

Take a look at the scary collision here.

While most players would stay on the floor after such a hard hit, Morris showed he is fine and even got a workout in the process. Kieff executed a few push up reps before being helped up by his teammate Alex Caruso. Morris is the second Laker to shake off a hard hit in the first half.

Superstar LeBron James also managed to punch in a ferocious two-handed jam just moments after appearing to tweak his ankle early in the second canto.

The Lakers certainly know how to take their licks and keep on ticking.
