Kirk Cousins is back at practice for the Minnesota Vikings after landing on the reserve/Covid-19 list. Cousins was among three quarterbacks who ended up on the list recently.

On Thursday, Cousins was back at practice for the Vikings and suggested an outlandish proposal for non vaccinated players in the NFL.

So his solution is to be surrounded by plexiglass when he's at the Vikings' facility. Seems a tad unrealistic but to each their own.

Cousins has been super outspoken on the vaccine and Covid-19 as a general topic. Last year, appearing on Kyle Brandt's podcast, the signal caller for the Vikings said, “If I die, I die,” when asked about the possibility of getting the virus.

This summer, the Vikings have reported the least amount of vaccinated players amongst all 32 teams in the NFL. Their head coach, Mike Zimmer, isn't thrilled.

“I just feel like we’re going to have guys miss games,” Zimmer said. “There are so many cases going on right now. We’re going to have guys miss some games and we have to be prepared for it…I talked to the team, and like I said before, there are quite a few guys that are just against it,” Zimmer said. “I’m not going to be able to change their mind, so, it’s like half the country, I guess”

Now, the suggestion by Cousins to be surrounded by plexiglass seems to be just a step too far on the ridiculous scale. One thing that is certain, the Vikings front office can't be too smitten on the comments from their quarterback.
