The Washington Wizards have climbed back after being down 2-0 against the Toronto Raptors. They have tied the series at two games apiece.

Star guard Bradley Beal looked back on that game. To recall, Beal fouled out in the 4th quarter with just under five minutes remaining. It was a critical point in the game. Beal left with the contest still in the pendulum, and the frustration showed.

Per Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN, Beal said:

“I was beyond emotional, beyond mad, pretty much any synonym you can add to the list,” Beal said. But Beal told his teammates they would win with John Wall on the floor.

Beal's words proved prophetic. His backcourt partner John Wall was instrumental in the final minutes of the game. He slashed the paint at will and chipped in a few points. He also nailed the dagger jump shot with just under a minute remaining.

What Beal felt was valid. The team relies on him and Wall to lift them past any team, especially in the playoffs where everything they worked for is at stake.
