The Miami Heat are making one final push for the postseason and will try to get home-court advantage in the first round.

On Monday afternoon, Ira Winderman of the Sun Sentinel reports that the Heat have signed free agent forward Dorell Wright.

Wright is coming over from China and has played 11 years in the NBA, including his first six with the Heat. Wright has averaged 8.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game on 36.5% from downtown for his career, so the Heat will be getting a sharpshooter.

Wright will be an insurance policy to the Heat in case some one like Luol Deng or Joe Johnson suffer an injury.
