The Milwaukee Bucks made a splash just a few weeks into the 2017-18 NBA season by trading for the Phoenix Suns' disgruntled point guard in Eric Bledsoe. It was a whirlwind start to the season for Bledsoe after a cryptic tweet essentially facilitated his departure from Phoenix.

Despite insisting that his message was regarding a hair salon, Suns general manager Ryan McDonough made it clear that Eric Bledsoe would not be part of the team's plans moving forward. As a result, Bledsoe responded to the trade by thanking the fans, but not without first seemingly taking a jab at his former GM through his video for Uninterrrupted.

“Man, it's been a long couple of weeks. I just want to start by saying I've never been a liar, and I want to thank the city of Phoenix, the amazing fans, my teammates, the training staff, basketball operations, who all made my four years here for me and my family, a great time. But on the other hand, I'm extremely excited to be a Milwaukee Buck. I hope you guys are excited as me. I'm ready to play in front of the fans. I play in front of 'em on the visitors side, and it was great. I wanted to be a part of the organization, the team and just the city of Milwaukee. I hope you guys are ready for me and my beautiful wife, my two amazing kids. Let's get it.”

Aside from his bitter departure, Eric Bledsoe had a solid tenure with the Suns. He managed to progress with each season, especially last year where he put up career-high averages in points (21.1) and assists (6.3).

He now joins an up-and-coming Bucks group that is led by a young phenom in Giannis Antetokounmpo. With Milwaukee still trying to take that next step in the playoffs, Bledsoe could very well be the piece they need.
