Jim Boylen is doing his best to try and endear himself to his Chicago Bulls players after a rocky start as interim head coach. Most recently, he was seen doing push-ups with his players during practice.

It's unclear why one group of players — and Jim Boylen — had to do push-ups, but it looks like the team had some fun with it.

On Monday, Boylen was in the middle of a fracas between his Bulls and the Oklahoma City Thunder. He was ripping guys off his players and it appears like he's trying to show his players that he's behind them.

This is all coming after a brutal start to Boylen's tenure as head coach. The team suffered one of its worst losses in the history of the franchise and there was nearly a mutiny against their new head coach. Things are still not right in Chicago, but as long as Gar Forman and John Paxson are running the front office, things could get worse before they get better.

Boylen's future is still up in the air, but if he can right the ship in Chicago, he might be able to handle anything thrown his way.

Chicago is looking to knock off a surging Brooklyn Nets team seeking its seventh-straight victory. The Bulls will have to stop a strong backcourt in D'Angelo Russell and Spencer Dinwiddie, but the Nets are coming off a slugfest with LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday.

Boylen and the Bulls will hope they can catch the Nets on an off night and secure a win to help the team build some confidence.
