It was written. The Chicago Bulls were one of the teams that made a huge splash in this season's NBA trade deadline after they snagged two-time All-Star Nikola Vucevic from the Orlando Magic.

And apparently, the 30-year-old Vucevic was destined to be in Windy City ever since he was a little kid as a photo of him wearing Bulls merch from top to bottom surfaced a few hours after he was traded.

An all-red drip looks good on young Vooch (via Chicago Bulls).

Vucevic, who blossomed into one of the NBA' most talented big men in his tenure with the Magic, was shipped right before the trade deadline alongside teammate Al-Farouq Aminu. In exchange, the Bulls sent Wendell Carter Jr., Otto Porter Jr., and two future draft picks in one of the biggest midseason trades this year.

The photo certainly proves that the Bulls have a special place in Vucevic's heart and he now has a chance to make his presence felt for the much-improved squad.

Alongside fellow All-Star Zach LaVine, Vooch is joining a Bulls roster with a rather shorthanded frontcourt. One that he'll most certainly own for the foreseeable future and for Bulls fans, hopefully, dominate. Before packing his bags en route to the Chi Town, the 10-year center out of USC was leading the fray for the Magic with 24.5 points and 11.8 boards per game.

Aside from Nikola Vucevic and Al-Farouq Aminu, the Bulls are also excited to see newly acquired assets Daniel Theis, Troy Brown Jr., and Javonte Green as they try to make a run for a postseason ticket.
