The Boston Celtics‘ two young All-Stars in Jayson Tatum (23) and Jaylen Brown (24) form one of the most exciting duos in the NBA. Success in their careers started quickly. If it wasn't for LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, they might even be NBA champions by now.

In an appearance on ClutchPoints' YouTube series “Year 1,” second-year shooting guard Aaron Nesmith (21) discussed playing with the tandem.

“It's a great opportunity to be able to learn from guys like them. Guys who have been there, done that, and made it to multiple Eastern Conference Finals at a very young age,” Nesmith continued. “They're very talented guys…The way they take care of their body, and then their work ethic, being able to learn from those guys, has been a huge learning curve, [and] an advantage for me.”

In this year's NBA Summer League, Nesmith was impressive, leading the Celtics with 17.4 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.

Nesmith is a player whom Celtics fans should be excited to have on their squad. If his progression from Summer League translates to the regular season, he could be a pivotal piece to another championship run.

The future is bright for the Celtics, and the rest of the league knows it. Staying together and building chemistry almost guarantee a future opportunity to be in the Finals.

“We don't talk about the potential we have or staying together. We're focused on one year at a time. One game at a time… We don't think about too much in the future, just trying to win every single day,” Nesmith told ClutchPoints.

In Nesmith's rookie season, he played 14.5 minutes while averaging 4.7 points per game as a reserve. In his second season, you can expect a jump in his production. Playing in the NBA Summer League and getting a full training camp should be helpful, as he gets ready to be a supporting hand to Tatum and Brown.
