Friday night's bout between the Boston Celtics and the Minnesota Timberwolves was a classic. The contest headed into overtime with neither team willing to give an inch.

Timberwolves star Karl-Anthony Towns was whistled for a foul on Jayson Tatum during a crucial juncture late in the game, and his reaction to the call produced a few laughs from the Celtics broadcast team:

It did appear like Karl-Anthony Towns did not give Jayson Tatum room to land on his jumper, which is why the refs called the foul on the big man. KAT clearly did not like the call, though, and he made his feelings known about it.

It looked like Towns was gyrating as he incessantly complained to the game official. You could also clearly see on his face how dejected he was, which was a joy to watch for the Celtics announcers.

In the end, it was Boston who escaped with a hard-fought 145-136 overtime win over Minnesota. Tatum came out with the best performance of his career, dropping a 53-point performance on Towns and Co. It was a night to remember for the 23-year-old, as he just entered franchise history books for being the youngest player to ever score 50 points or more in a Celtics uniform.
