Boston Celtics newcomer Kemba Walker is already preparing this early for the upcoming season. The All-Star guard signed a four-year deal with the team a couple of weeks ago, with the intention of contending for championships. He's also starting to build a good working relationship with Celtics' head coach, Brad Stevens.

According to a report by Boston Sports Journal's Brian Robb, Walker has already spent time at Steven's house watching game films on Tuesday night. Both individuals are already sharing ideas on how to help the Celtics become a better team next season.

The activity was done before Kemba's official introductory press conference on Wednesday.

Walker also told Robb that he's already comfortable with Stevens, and he believes that they can both learn a lot from each other.

“He’s a great coach. I know he watches tons of film. I’ve just been around him a few days and I know that. But I’m excited. I’m excited to get things going and learn him some more, him learning me more. I only got a chance to play against him so there’s still a lot that we both have to learn from each other, but we’ll get there. There’s nothing more important to me than having a great relationship with the head coach, so we’ll get there.”

Walker is serious on making sure that he maximizes his stint with the Celtics, and one of his goals is to prove everyone that he can lead this team to a deep playoff run. He also acknowledges the fact that he needs the help of Stevens to be familiar with Boston's system and style of play, which is why he's already finding ways to be able to further understand his new coach.
