Boston Celtics guard Kyrie Irving made one of the most memorable shots in the history of the league as a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016, burying the go-ahead 3-pointer in Game 7 of the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors, which helped the Cavs secure a stunning victory.

Two years later, Irving is still making big shots.

On Christmas Day against the Philadelphia 76ers, Irving hit a tough, contested fallaway jump shot over Jimmy Butler near the end of regulation to force overtime. In the extra session, he buried back-to-back 3-pointers to devastate the 76ers and lead the Celtics to victory.

Irving ended the night with 40 points and 10 rebounds while going 17-of-33 from the floor. On Wednesday morning, FS1 talking head Skip Bayless asserted that Kyrie is the best clutch closer in all of basketball:

It's hard to argue with Bayless, as this also isn't the first time Kyrie has broken another team's heart on Christmas.

Remember his final year in Cleveland in 2016-17, when he hit the game-winner against the Kevin Durant-led Warriors at Quicken Loans Arena?

Irving has made a regular occurrence of taking over games down the stretch, utilizing his crafty handles and his ability to get a shot off from almost anywhere to take the wind out of the sails of opponents for years now.

Overall this season, Kyrie Irving is averaging 23.3 points, 6.3 assists, 5.1 rebounds and 1.6 steals over 32.3 minutes per game while shooting 48.6 percent from the floor, 41.3 percent from 3-point range and 83.8 percent from the free-throw line.
