The Detroit Lions(0-9-1) are taking on the Chicago Bears(3-7) for a Thursday Thanksgiving contest in Week 12. Lions-Bears will be an interesting matchup.

Despite undoubtedly being the worst team in football, the Lions have looked impressive the past two weeks. They tied the Pittsburgh Steelers 16-16 and were able to only lose to the Cleveland Browns by 3 points.

It's not going to be a pretty one, but Detroit will walk away with this win. If anything has shown for Detroit the last few weeks, it's that they have a somewhat decent defense and with how bad the Bears offense is, they're going to be able to win this game without scoring 20 points. Lions Week 12 Predictions

4. Jared Goff looks like the old Jared Goff

Jared Goff has been very disappointing this season for the Detroit Lions. In Jared Goff's defense, the Lions haven't had a good quarterback in nearly two decades. It seems like everybody who goes to Detroit ends up playing the worst football of their career.

Jared Goff isn't going to throw for 400 yards and four touchdowns, but he will throw for over 250 yards and set up his offense with chances to score on Thursday.

3. D'Andre Swift rushes for two touchdowns

D'Andre Swift is about the only bright spot for this Detroit Lions team. He's one of the elite young running backs in the NFL. The question revolving around Swift is if the Lions are going to be able to keep him once he's ready for a contract. He was able to put up an impressive 136 yards on only 14 rushes with a long touchdown against the Cleveland Browns in Week 11.

He's going to continue the success that he had last week and rush for over 100 yards and be able to break his way through the endzone for two touchdowns after Jared Goff set him up in the red zone. These will be the only two touchdowns that the Lions score.

2. Neither team scored more than 20 points

These are the two worst offenses in the NFL, and the numbers prove that. This is going to be a very low-scoring game and neither team is going to put up more than 20 points. This could be one of the first games that we see in a long time where both teams might not even score a touchdown.

They both will find opportunities to put points on the board and that will lead to a 20-17 win for the Lions.

1. The Lions win by a field goals

When two bad teams are playing off against each other they're usually low-scoring and are decided late in the game. This is going to be no different this week as the Lions are going to win by a field goal in the last few seconds of the game.

Detroit has a very good chance of winning their first football game of the year. They are going to look to do exactly that on Thursday.
