Dwyane Wade said he was going to take his time deciding if he was going to return to the Miami Heat for another year. Right now, it's life after basketball at the forefront of his mind.

He is currently in China working on his business ventures after basketball, including signing a lifetime shoe deal with Li-Ning on Wednesday.

Wade said that he will focus on figuring out next season after he gets back from China but right now he is focusing on his time overseas.

“When I get back from China, I'll focus on that,” Wade said, according to Tim Reynolds of The Associated Press. “Right now, I’m focused on the game after basketball. Whatever happens in basketball, it happens. I've done everything that I can to this point to put myself that I’m in this position I am today, where I can do something that hasn't been done globally yet. The basketball will take care of itself. I'll sit down and figure that out once I get back from this tour at some point.”

Wade has spent the majority of his career down on South Beach with a couple of quick stops with the Chicago Bulls and the Cleveland Cavaliers. He spent the first half of last season with Cavaliers before being traded back to the Heat at the trade deadline.

He has lost a step since coming into the league but is still a good player and an even better locker room guy. If he does decide to come back for another year. all signs point to it being with the Heat.
