Actress Sarah Paulson doesn't hesitate to call out a fellow actress who gave her six pages of notes she wasn't too happy about.

This all happened on the ever-popular Smartless podcast, where hosts Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett let her rant about the situation, Entertainment Weekly reported.

Paulson, best known for her roles in American Horror Story, The Bear, Mr. & Mrs. Smith — and numerous other credits — talked to the gang about the incident while they were discussing theater.

“I did do a play once,” Paulson said. “The last time I was on stage, I did a play called Talley's Folly at the Roundabout, and the actress — and I'm going to say this, and I'm not going to ask you to cut this out, because I don't f—-ing care — this actress came to the play. Her name is Trish Hawkins.”

“Hi, Trish! Hi, Trisha!” she added. “Trish Hawkins came to the play…Am I going to get sued? I don't care because I think this is outrageous.”

The Emmy-winning actress detailed why Trish upset her so much that day. This all stemmed from Hawkins playing the role of Sally Talley in its original 1979 off-Broadway production and its 1980 Broadway debut. Paulson played the part when it was revived in 2013.

“But she came to the play, proceeded to say — she looked at me up and down, and then she went, ‘Your dress is yellow. Mine was pink.' And I thought, ‘What?'” she continued.

“Cut to two days later, I got an email that was six pages long of notes and a communication to me about what she had done when she had done the play, what she recommended I do,” Paulson continued. “It was outrageous. It was really outrageous. Trish Hawkins, I have not forgotten it, and I hope to see you never.”

Hawkins was at the play that day, in part because Paulson's mother was there. The two of them were in a writer's group together.

Despite this upsetting her, she's moving forward as much as possible.

“I just put it back in the file of things my mom has done,” the actress noted.

In the Smartless broadcast, Paulson also explained how she avoids getting sick of her partner after a decade. She's been dating actress Holland Taylor since 2015, and come to find out, being apart helps.

“We don't live together; that's the sort of secret,” she said. “Holland and I, we spend plenty of time together, but we don't live in the same house.”

Regarding separate bedrooms, she said, “No, because we like to fall asleep holding hands, Holland and I. We sleep holding hands. I like to sleep near her. I don't want to be around her the rest of the time.” She laughed, and added, “Just kidding.”

We'll see if Trish Hawkins issues a response to Sarah Paulson. It would be interesting to hear her take on what happened during that notorious time back in 2013. And the six pages of notes would be intriguing to read, too.
