Popular YouTube creator from h3h3Productions, Ethan Klein and Twitch streamer and OTK co-owner Asmongold shared their take on the current issue concerning Pokimane. Klein focused on why JiDion initiated the hate raid towards Imane “Pokimane” Anys, while Asmongold commented on Ninja's involvement. A lot of content creators already gave their take on the current issue at hand. This is a serious issue since this concerns the environment they have in the streaming community. Let's both see both Ethan Klein, and Asmongold's take on how JiDion and Tyler “Ninja” Blevins acted out towards Pokimane.

Ethan Klein calls JiDion a “simp” getting Pokimane's attention

Ethan Klein criticized Jidion for starting a “hate raid” towards Pokimane that permanently banned him on Twitch. He initially had 14 days for the suspension but became a permanent ban due to severity of the level of abuse. Klein called JiDion a “simp” and telling him to “grow up” highlighting a clip of JiDion telling Pokimane's fans minors and to grow up. H3H3 Productions co-founder also criticized popular streamer Ninja for involving himself in the issue.

Pokimane ended her stream early last week due to hateful comments. JiDion initiated the raid, which ultimately banned him permanently in the streaming platform. He then appealed for reconsideration but was blatantly rejected. JiDion already apologized to Pokimane and admitted his mistakes, making Poki forgive him after. The reason why he dislikes her doesn't have anything to do with her being a girl streamer. He just didn't like her as a person he said.

Now Klein didn't believe JiDion's true intentions. He's convinced that JiDion is the true “simp” and did everything to get Poki's attention. He compared JiDion to a “young boy picking on a girl” to get her attention and called him “pathetic.” In Klein's podcast, he said, “You know what’s funny? The real simp is him.” He also added, “He’s like the five-year-old who’s got a crush on a girl who flicks her ear so she notices him. I mean, dude, if anyone’s trying to actually get her attention, it’s you. It’s pathetic.”

Klein also stated that the community who followed this hate raid had a bigger problem. He stated that this act is misogynistic. Pokimane didn't even show any provocative traits actions on her stream, not that there's anything wrong with it. It just shows that even as wholesome as her, being successful in their field, they really just acted out of hate. He continued to press on JiDion by repeating that JiDion just wanted Poki's attention. He concluded that JiDion is the real “simp” that he was referring to Poki's fans.

Ethan then also went on with Ninja, why he involved himself in the issue at hand. He questioned why Ninja would even enter such a dangerous spot, “helping a friend” because of his actions. He even made questionable comments that made it even worse. The involvement of a Twitch representative is still unknown whether the text was actually sent or not. We still don't have info if Jessica Blevins, Ninja's wife and manager, will push through with the legal claims of defamation towards Poki. The Blevins are still silent and we have yet to hear from them.

Another host of a YouTube podcast called the Flagrant 2, Andrew Schulz also thinks that JiDion and Ninja are jealous of Pokimane's successful career. They would create a clout just to dethrone Poki's status to stay relevant or be relevant. Pokimane also spoke up about her situation, too. Random accounts would message her to move on but would also consist of accounts that would still generate hate towards her. The community needs to stop pestering her as JiDion already apologized and already told the community to stop.

Asmogold commenting “This is just 100 percent Ninja being wrong”

Famous Twitch streamer and OTK co-owner Asmongold commented on the issue at hand regarding Poki and Ninja. 

Pokimane shared a photo of a direct message from Jessica Blevins, in a Tweet. After reading the post, Asmogold had something to say about the entire situation.

Asmogold emphasized “This is just 100 percent Ninja being wrong. It’s literally 100 percent Ninja wrong,” He also stated that “It’s kind of crazy because Ninja even looks worse in this situation than JiDion does. That's what's crazy to me about him. I mean, JiDion isn’t like threatening ‘you made a big mistake’ and texting her and shit like this. He's is just memeing about it, which is still bad, I still think it’s shitty, but this is worse in my opinion. I think it's a lot worse.”

Asmogold is also sure that bringing it to legal means, escalating the situation, will be for naught. “It’s not going to go anywhere, it’s just drama. It doesn’t matter at all.” Asmongold continued to support Poki from that point on. Whoever would contradict Pokimane would simply mean that they dislike her. As stated earlier, there are only threats but still empty actions concerning legal means. We have yet to hear from the house of Blevins if they would push through with the case of defamation to Pokimane. 

Both of the popular content creators are backing up Pokimane because they also think that JiDion took it too far, as well as Ninja being irrelevant. They both stand on Pokimane's side as there are still random viewers that still continuously harass Poki. Hopefully the issue would already come to an end as this would reflect on the streaming community, having a lot of streaming giants involve in the incident. They should be exemplary samples of influencers for their audience as well as fellow streamers.
