Trae Young has heard all your slander, and now wants you all to stay quiet. The Atlanta Hawks star silenced the entire Madison Square Garden crowd after hitting the game-winner to stun the New York Knicks, 107-105.

Look away if you're a Knicks fan. Relive the moment if you're anyone else:

After the game, the Hawks star had a simple message to all the critics and haters out there. He also had a special message for Knicks fans who were unrelenting in their hatred of Young.

Detractors have been on Trae Young non-stop ever since the fateful day the Hawks traded Luka Doncic for him back in 2018. This isn't enough to make that a fair deal just yet, but Young is certainly proving he's no mere footnote in an otherwise lopsided deal.

The same way that Doncic revived the Dallas Mavericks, Trae Young brought life back to the Hawks this season as the focal point of a legitimate playoff contender. The Hawks matched the Knicks for the 4th best record in the Eastern Conference, and that's with a mid-year head coaching change and several key contributors going missing throughout the regular season.

But Young and the Hawks kept at it, utilizing every ounce of their depth that they built during the offseason. New additions such as Bogdan Bogdanovic, Danilo Gallinari, and Clint Capela have pulled their weight and then some in making Atlanta exciting again.

Talk that talk, Trae Young.
