The first half of this decade was no doubt dominated by the Miami Heat. The franchise formed one of the most talented rosters in the history of the league when they signed LeBron James and Chris Bosh back in 2010 to team up with the mainstay Dwyane Wade.

There have been countless speculations about the trio's plan to join forces. According to reports, they James, Wade, and Bosh started to discuss playing together as early as their stint with the 2008 Olympic basketball team.

Wade has denied those speculations multiple times, and he continues to do so in a recent episode of The Players' Tribune's Knucklehead Podcast.

The part about Wade saying they considered the Chicago Bulls is a bit interesting.

The Bulls had an emerging star in Derrick Rose back in 2010 and if James and Wade chose Chicago to team up with the youngest MVP in league history, it would've sent shockwaves to the rest of the NBA.

Imagine, LeBron, D-Wade, and D-Rose playing together in their primes.

But eventually, they ended up in Miami, and although they underachieved in a lot of people's eyes, there's no denying that the Heat were one of the most exciting teams to watch during the Big Three's time with the franchise.

The trio of James, Wade, and Bosh only lasted four years with the Heat, but they have made tons of highlights and countless memories for fans to enjoy. Whether they planned it or not, it no longer matters at this point.
