The Cleveland Indians lost Sunday's game to the Minnesota Twins by the score of 8-2. The game was overshadowed by a gruesome injury to outfielder Josh Naylor, who collided with Ernie Clement as they went for a fly ball.

Warning, the video is graphic, so avert your eyes if you have a weak stomach. Naylor looked to be in excruciating pain and had to be carted off the field in the 4th inning.

The injury looked eerily similar to that of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, and if that's the case for Naylor, his season is finished. Naylor's ankle got caught underneath and appeared to snap, almost exactly what happened to Prescott.

It is more unfortunate for Naylor considering he has become a regular in the Indians lineup, playing in 68 games and hitting .255. Since coming over from the San Diego Padres last year at the trade deadline, Naylor has found regular playing time, something he was lacking with the Padres.

After the game, it was announced that Naylor is dealing with a fracture of some sort, but couldn't get into any details besides that.

Yikes, Just an absolutely devastating blow for Naylor and we will wait for more updates. For now, prayers up for Naylor, his family, friends, and teammates after a sickening injury on Sunday.
