Take this with a grain of salt, because with Genshin Impact‘s update 1.6 still so far away, plans may change. However, thanks to leakers and dataminers, we now know that there's a possibility of Klee returning in update 1.6.

KLEE RE-RUN BANNER MAY BE COMING IN GENSHIN IMPACT UPDATE 1.6

Klee, the destructive but adorable little child, may be returning in a few months. According to Genshin Impact leaker Zluet, Klee and a new character will be the banner characters for update 1.6. That's still months away from now, so there's still a lot of room for changes. However, some other leaked items support this rumor.

Another leaker, AE Entropy revealed that new event currencies called Mini Harpastums, Enigma Gears, and Shiny Flotsam were found in data mines. From the same data mines, new Klee  dialogue lines have been found, which also reference Ludi Harpastum. Thus, a Klee re-run banner, which will come during a Ludi Harpastum-related in-game event, may be coming.

Another data mine showed a new 4-Star catalyst designed for Klee. The weapon has a passive called Dodoventure!, which makes normal attacks increase Charged ATK DMG by 16% for 6s. Then, Charged Attacks that hit opponents increase ATK by 8% for 6s.

As for the character sharing the event banner space with Klee, another 5-Star character called Kazuha seems to be coming. Kazuha, a 5-star Anemo user, is a swordsman from Inazuma. Given that the Genshin Impact 1.5 live stream previewed Inazuma, it's not a bad guess the story will take us there next. To welcome the new area, a character from that place should be featured in a banner. That's similar to how Albedo came in during an update featuring Dragonspire.

Fans have been asking for a Klee re-run banner for a long time now. Indeed, many fans even expected Klee to come after Venti's re-run banner, following their original release order.
