New York Knicks forward Marcus Morris echoed the statements of team president Steve Mills after their blowout loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Morris believes that they have the right tools to win, so the blame shouldn't be put on head coach David Fizdale alone. For Morris, it is everyone's job to be “better.”

The Knicks are now 2-8 in the young NBA season despite huge expectations that they are headed to a better campaign after a poor 2018-19 run. After all, they bolstered their roster through pickups via the NBA draft and through trade deals. Their young guns, too, have gotten better over the summer.
The front office is very much aware of the expectations. Perhaps, that's the main reason why Mills called for an impromptu press conference after the blowout loss.

Knicks fans have vehemently suggested that the solution lies in firing Fizdale. But as Morris said, the head coach is doing a good job in managing the team and their respective talents. Mills, too, is still confident in the coaching staff that they hired.
The front office is definitely feeling the pressure from their fans after years of dissatisfaction. Though the fans probably appreciate their words of assurance, at the end of the day, all they want is for their team to win and end the years of drought in basketball's mecca.
