RJ Barrett is already planning to recruit Duke teammate Zion Williamson of the New Orleans Pelicans to the New York Knicks.

As reported by Marc Berman of the New York Post, Barrett — the Knicks' third overall pick — shared his future plans of recruiting his ‘brother.'

“Hopefully, one day we’ll be on the same team,” Barrett said after the draft to ESPN Radio’s Michael Kay. “That’s my brother, I’ll try and recruit him over.”

Though a top prospect, Barrett hasn't gained enough clout to try and recruit Williamson. So it would be interesting to see how he intends to achieve this lofty goal of his. Besides, it would be a pretty foolish move for the Pelicans to simply let go of their first pick. Williamson is expected to turn things around for the team who just lost Anthony Davis.

But then again, Barrett didn't specify that they'll be with the Knicks. For the past few years, we've seen star players merge powers to form super teams. We've seen the likes of Dwayne Wade, LeBron James, and Chris Bosh — the top picks of their batch — team up and form a dynasty.

If Barrett and Williamson do turn out as elite caliber players, then there might be a chance that we'll see them don the same jerseys once again.
