If Latvia’s national basketball team makes the Olympic Games in Rio, it will be without New York Knicks rookie, Kristaps Porzingis.

During the tournaments, there will be 18 teams, split into 3 tournaments, with Latvia heading to Belgrade. The winner of each tournament will have earned a trip to Rio for the 2016 Olympics.
