Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James got hyped after coming across a brief video clip of Mike Miller’s son, Mason, going in for a poster jam during what appears to be an amateur high school game. The three-time NBA champion took to Twitter to share his excitement to the rest of the world.
Yesssir!! More than just shooters in that household @MikeMiller_13!! They forget you was a leaper in your day too, I didn’t. Mason I see you nephew!! Sheesh 🔥🔥🔥😱 https://t.co/rvbPKSTVwn

LeBron’s reaction is definitely justified as Mason’s dunk was absolutely ruthless. No. 23 from the opposing team will have nightmares of this poster slam, and unluckily for him, everything was caught on tape.
James and Miller were teammates for three seasons during their time together with the Miami Heat. Miller was part of the famous back-to-back title runs by the Heat in 2012 and 2013. The two would then reunite a couple of years later in LeBron’s second stint with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
These two former teammates obviously formed a bond, and LeBron was a proud uncle to what was Mason’s SportsCenter-worthy moment.
As for Mason, he is currently a sophomore in high school and is considered to have NBA-level potential. He is a 6-foot-9 forward, and as made evident by this clip, he definitely has hops.
Mason will be eligible for the draft by 2021, which means that he could still actually play against (or with?) his uncle, LeBron. It would definitely be a dream for Mason to team up with James in Los Angeles, but if his dad had his way, Mike would probably prefer that his son joins him with the Memphis Grizzlies, where he is currently serving as an assistant coach.
