Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James gained a place in franchise history — first place, that is — with at least 33 points and 14 assists in under 36 minutes played against the San Antonio Spurs.

In Monday's 114-104 victory, James put up 33 points and 14 assists in 35 minutes of action. James was also efficient from the field as he shot 13-of-24 for 54.2 percent. He also shot 4-of-7 from deep and 3-of-8 from the free-throw line. This is his first game playing under 36 minutes since their win over the Atlanta Hawks on Nov. 17 where he was on the floor for 33 minutes.

In his 17th year in the NBA, James is averaging 35.2 minutes per contest for 10th in the league. From an individual standpoint, this is the lowest minutes-per outing in his career thus far. His career-high is when he played 42.5 minutes per contest while donning the Cleveland Cavaliers jersey in just his third year in the league.

Either way, James continues to be one of the most productive players on the floor. It's not a metaphor when people say that he does everything on the court. Throughout his career, James has showcased how he can effectively impact every single aspect of the game. Whether he plays limited minutes (at least to his standards) or the entire game, it's a guarantee that James will produce.
