NBA legend Magic Johnson is as hyped as everyone for the upcoming Super Bowl LV match-up between reigning NFL champions Kansas City Chiefs and new challengers Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Los Angeles Lakers icon couldn't help but point out the highly anticipated young versus old match-up between superstar quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes and Tom Brady.

Magic's assessment is pretty spot-on, considering Brady looks to further cement his claim as the best ever by claiming his seventh Super Bowl ring in his 10th appearance. Mahomes, on the other hand, is quickly padding his resume and is already seeking his second consecutive title at just 25 years old. The monumental NFL match-up is like Michael Jordan and LeBron James facing off in the NBA Finals.

As great as a team the Chiefs and the Buccaneers have been all season long, as Magic pointed out, the spotlight will be undoubtedly focused on the superstar signal-callers.

It's truly amazing that the 43-year-old Brady continues to emulate greatness at this stage of his GOAT-worthy career while leading the Buccaneers to the Super Bowl in just his first season with the team. Then, there's Mahomes, who could easily catch up to Brady with the way he's been racking up accolades. It's crazy to think that Mahomes' father, who is 50 years old, is just seven years older than Brady.

Magic Johnson didn't exactly share who he will be rooting for next week. But considering his passion for all sports, it looks like he won't mind who wins as long as Mahomes and Brady give everyone a show for the ages.
