Russell Westbrook hasn't exactly had a dream start with his new team. The Los Angeles Lakers went 0-6 in the preseason, and for his part, Russ has been criticized for his lackluster play in his first couple of starts for LA.

It looks like all the negativity is creeping up on Westbrook right now. Russ wasn't in a very good mood during Thursday's game against the Sacramento Kings, and the All-Star point guard had a bit of a heated confrontation with a fan sitting courtside (h/t Bleacher Report on Twitter):

Incidentally, the fan that was “heckling” Westbrook appears to be a supporter of the Lakers. The man did say that he's on Russ' side, but Westbrook was having none of it. Looks like the former league MVP wasn't in the mood to talk about his hair as he told the fan to just “shut the f*ck up.”

Westbrook and the Lakers are now set to open their campaign on Tuesday when they take on Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors. After an atrocious preseason, I'm pretty sure Russ and the rest of the squad will be itching to get that first W. Let's just hope Westbrook is able to channel his foul mood the right way.
