Los Angeles Lakers big men Tyson Chandler and Mike Muscala are both listed as questionable for their team's game against the Houston Rockets on Thursday night, according to Ryan Ward of ClutchPoints.

Chandler is dealing with a stiff neck and Muscala is nursing a right ankle sprain.

Chandler joined the Lakers after being waived by the Phoenix Suns earlier this season. In 48 games between both Los Angeles and Phoenix, the veteran center is averaging 3.5 points and 6.1 rebounds over 16.9 minutes while shooting 60.8 percent from the floor and 59.3 percent from the free-throw line.

Chandler did not play in the Lakers' final game before the break due to a right big toe sprain.

On the other hand, Muscala's “questionable” label was quite surprising given that he was initially listed as probable. In a previous report, there were high hopes that the new Laker will be able to suit up alongside Josh Hart when regular NBA action resumes.

Muscala has played in only one game so far for the Lakers, against the Philadelphia 76ers where he scored eight points in 13 minutes of play.

Overall this season, Muscala is averaging 7.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game. He is also shooting 39.3 percent from the field, 34.3 percent from beyond the arc and 81.8 percent from the free throw line.

If Chandler and Muscala remains out, Javale McGee and Kyle Kuzma are expected to get a significant bump on their minutes.
