The Los Angeles Lakers enjoyed a dunk fest against the Golden State Warriors on Thursday at Chase Center. Lakers starting center JaVale McGee made sure to punish his old team by detonating a rim-rocking jam right over the top of the Dubs' D.

At the 9:44 mark of the third quarter, the Lakers ran the pick-and-roll to perfection as Avery Bradley freed himself up using McGee's screen. The 7-foot athletic big did the rest, cutting to the rim and catching the well-timed lob.

McGee posterized Warriors' rookie Eric Paschall and flexed right on his face for good measure. Now on his second season with the Purple and Gold, the 32-year-old McGee has given coach Frank Vogel an intimidating presence on the interior. In 54 games this season, McGee is averaging 6.9 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.5 rejections in just 16.6 minutes per game.

He finished with 12 points and six boards in 19 minutes versus Golden State. The Western Conference-leading Lakers recorded their sixth consecutive win on Thursday with a 116-86 thrashing of the Dubs.

The Warriors, meanwhile, dropped their eighth game in a row.
