In one sequence midway into the fourth quarter, the Los Angeles Lakers and Indiana Pacers were just waiting for the final buzzer. The Pacers were up big and the Lakers have waved the white flag. Still, reserves Lance Stephenson and Moe Wagner were playing as if their lives depended on this game.

Both of them grabbed the rebound following a Pacers miss then the ball slipped out of both of their hands, resulting in a turnover.

The Lakers suffered their worst loss of the season, falling 136-94 against the Pacers.

The Lakers were clearly out of sync right from the start of the game, struggling to make shots and turning the ball over constantly in the first quarter. A lot of people have speculated that their performance against the Pacers was the effect of the recent trade rumors involving a majority of the players on the team.

In fact, some of them might have played their last game with the Lakers and are starting to practice going up against each other despite still being on the same team.

There is no denying that some of the Lakers players are bothered by all the trade rumors. Even the Pacers fans decided to remind them about what could possibly happen within the next 48 hours. Brandon Ingram was a target when he shot his free throws as the crowd chanted “LeBron's gonna trade you.” JaVale McGee was not spared either by the “Not worth trading” jeers.

With the trade deadline right around the corner, the Lakers are still trying to make a move to acquire Anthony Davis from the New Orleans Pelicans. They have made their final offer in the trade negotiations and are reportedly willing to move on if the Pels won't take it.
