Seth Curry is back on the Dallas Mavericks and Mavs star Luka Doncic “can't wait” to play with the sharpshooter.

After playing with the Portland Trail Blazers last season, Curry signed a four-year, $32 million deal with the Mavs this summer in free agency. Seth played for Dallas during the 2016-17 season.

Doncic says Curry is very underrated and is excited to team up with him.

“I can’t wait to play with him,” Doncic told Mavs.com. “I saw some highlights of him working out. He’s so underrated. It was hard to play against him, and now I get to play with him, so obviously I’m excited.”

Last season for the Blazers, Curry averaged 7.9 points while shooting 45.6 percent from the floor, 45.0 percent from beyond the arc and 84.6 percent from the free-throw line.

Curry figures to get a lot of wide-open looks on the Mavs playing alongside Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis, two players who command double-teams when they have the ball.

Doncic averaged 21.2 points, 7.8 rebounds and 6.0 assists as a rookie last season. He's so young, but Doncic has already proven to be one of the best passers in the NBA.

When the Mavs' floor general is driving to the paint and collapsing defenses on him, Doncic is going to be looking to kick it out to Curry, who will be roaming the 3-point line waiting for Luka to find him.
