If you are in need of some attention, Mia Khalifa can usually help.

The ex-porn star has also made a name for herself as a sports fan, particularly fond of the teams in the D.C. area. She showed that support today with a tweet in search of gathering All-Star votes for Washington Wizards point guard John Wall.

Khalifa got creative in her efforts, realizing what sells when it comes to retweets:

Well, that should get the attention of many on Twitter.

So it may be safe to say that Wall will receive a surge of All-Star votes as we near the final days to gain votes from the fans. It will be interesting to see if an impact can be felt by Khalifa's tweet.

Wall was sixth among backcourt players in the Eastern Conference in the last returns behind Kyrie Irving, DeMar DeRozan, Ben Simmons, Victor Oladipo and Dwyane Wade. Certainly the case can be made for Wall to finish with more votes than a few of those names at least.

This season, Wall is posting averages of 19.5 points and 9.1 assists in 31 games. He did miss some time earlier this season with an injury, which isn't helping his cause for votes. On top of that, the Wizards haven't exactly taken the next leap that some expected, so team success is working against Wall more than helping him at this point in the year.

The format for the All-Star Game will be different this year, with two teams being drafted by the top two vote-getters. Wall still has a good chance to make the team and he may have Khalifa to thank when it's all said and done.
