Charles Oakley and Charles Barkley have never gotten along, but their feud was taken to a whole new level on Monday when Oakley posted a picture of Barkley, and used the caption, “They forgot the clown costume for the clown.”

Oakley was talking about the McDonalds commercial that dropped on a little over a week ago featuring the former Phoenix Suns forward, Barkley, really enjoying his cheeseburger.

Oakley evidently thinks they forget to put Barkley in a Ronald McDonald costume to fit his personality. This isn't anything new for Oakley and Barkley, and it won't be stopping anytime soon. Both of these guys were body bangers down low, in a rough and tumble style of NBA of the 80's and 90's.  They also both haven't been afraid to speak their minds, not only during their careers but after their playing days were over.

During their playing days, they fought each other multiple times, even once getting into a huge scuffle during a preseason game. Barkley also made many steroid jokes about Oakley during their playing days just to get under his skin.

It's hard to tell now how exactly Oakley feels about this beef, and if he continues this as a joke, or if he still really hates everything about Barkley.

For Barkley though, he has made it clear many times he doesn't understand why Oakley actually hates him, and he just laughs about it now.

“The guy hates me and I don’t know why,” Barkley said during the 2017 NBA All Star Weekend, via Sporting News. “But I don’t give it much thought. I don’t know why. I just kind of laugh at it.”
