Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Stephen Curry land on Jamal Crawford’s ‘filthy’ list
Jamal Crawford has been in the NBA for two decades now, so he knows filthy when he sees one. For him, some of the filthiest and most dangerous players the league has ever seen include Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan and Stephen Curry.
During a recent appearance on The Rex Chapman Show, Crawford was asked about the filthiest players he has ever played against or watched in the NBA. It was not a hard question for the three-time Sixth Man of the Year though, as there are a few players who really stand out.
“I’m gonna give you Steph Curry. Steph Curry is filthy,” Crawford said, via NBC Sports. “Kyrie [Irving] is filthy, KD [Kevin Durant] is filthy, and Kobe [Bryant] and Michael Jordan are filthy.”
It’s a pretty great list from Jamal Crawford!
Everyone knows how dangerous the likes of Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan were during their playing days in the NBA, as they are more than capable of embarrassing their opponents. It certainly helped them they had this killer mentality and the desire to never lose.
The same goes for Stephen Curry, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant. They can punish opponents in a variety of ways–with Curry’s shooting range breaking hearts, Irving’s handles destroying ankles, and Durant’s scoring simply shocking everyone and anyone.
There are a lot of great NBA players today, and a several of them can be considered filthy. However, if you’re asking for the Top 5, Crawford’s list is hard to beat.
