The NBA is reportedly expected to have a significant head coaching changes this offseason, according to Zach Lowe of ESPN.

The New York Knicks fired David Fizdale earlier in the season, while Kenny Atkinson and the Brooklyn Nets mutually parted ways on Sunday in a rather shocking move:

“I was actually out with someone from a team last night charting how many head coaching openings there's going to be this summer and there could be anywhere from seven to 13,” Lowe said on his NBA podcast for ESPN (h/t Real GM.)

“There's going to be a lot depending on what happens in the playoffs.”

New Knicks president Leon Rose is expected to hire his own coach even though Mike Miller has done a good job on an interim basis. The Nets, meanwhile, aren't expected to keep Jacque Vaughn as their head coach for next season either.

The Chicago Bulls could need a new coach as well depending on who they hire as their new NBA general manager in the offseason. Jim Boylen has the support of Bulls vice president John Paxson and management, but the new voice for the Bulls is expected to have significant autonomy in basketball operations.
