The New York Knicks were obviously disgusted on Tuesday night, as they seemed to forget to shake the hands of their opponents after absorbing their third consecutive loss in the 2019 NBA Las Vegas Summer League.

New York took an 85-73 defeat at the hands of the Toronto Raptors. After the match, just as when the Raps were lining up to shake the hands of their opponents, the Knickerbockers walked off the floor and headed straight to the dugout.

It was the third defeat of the Knicks in as many games in the Las Vegas Summer League. In their debut on Friday, they took an 80-74 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans. It was followed by a 105-100 setback against the Phoenix Suns on Sunday.

Knicks fans found some consolation prize though, as rookie RJ Barrett finally had an excellent game for New York. The third overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft ended up with 17 points on 6-for-14 shooting from the field. The former Duke University standout also added 10 rebounds, six assists and three blocks.

Barrett, who was drafted behind Duke teammate Zion Williamson and Murray State standout Ja Morant, struggled in his first two summer league games. Against the Pelicans, he tallied 10 points on a measly 4-for-18 shooting. In their loss to the Suns, he ended up with eight points on 3-for-15 clip from the field.
