Boston Celtics big man Enes Kanter will get to play in the Celtics' Christmas Day game against the Toronto Raptors up in Canada.
Kanter’s passport was suspended by Turkey for his criticism of the government:

Kanter signed a two-year, $9.7 million deal with Boston. The 27-year-old split time last season with the New York Knicks and Portland Trail Blazers. Kanter said one of the main reasons he signed with the Celtics was because All-Star point guard Kemba Walker recruited him once the free agency period started on June 30.

In 20 games this season for the Celtics, Kanter is averaging 7.8 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.0 assists. He's shooting 54.7 percent from the field and 65.1 percent from the free-throw line.
The Celtics are 20-7 on the season. They are in second place in the Eastern Conference standings.
You have to be happy for Kanter, as what he was going through with the Turkish government was sad and unfortunate. The Celtics have a really good shot at winning the East this season. Walker, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown have been playing like All-Stars and are clicking on all cylinders.
Once the playoffs start and the game slows down in the half court, we'll if the C's are able to mesh and make a run.
