Terry Rozier has yet to get a qualifying offer from the Boston Celtics heading into free agency, and he might not get one depending on how the Kemba Walker situation shakes out:

The Celtics are currently viewed as the frontrunner to sign Walker, and Kemba's arrival would mean the end of Rozier in Boston. Not only would Rozier not want to return to the Celtics with Walker in place as the starting point guard, but his cap hold would have to be cleared from the books to make the big signing.

Rozier's tenure in Boston has been a roller-coaster ride. He was inconsistent for the first few seasons of his career but was able to showcase his potential during the 2017-18 playoffs when Kyrie Irving went down with an injury.

But when Irving returned from injury this past season, Rozier had to take a backseat once again. His production took a hit and there was drama in Boston. The Celtics eventually made it to the playoffs as the fourth seed, but they were dismantled by the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round of the playoffs.

Shortly after the Celtics' season ended, Rozier made it known he was upset about everything that happened, saying he believes he's one of the best point guards in the league but that he sacrificed a lot for the benefit of the team. Although he didn't specifically take a shot at Irving, Rozier said he's done hiding behind someone else's shadow.

If the Celtics somehow miss out on Walker, they could still bring Rozier back and let him grow with his fellow rising stars in Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, and Marcus Smart. However, right now, it's looking like Rozier is done in Boston.
