Throughout his stellar career, Kyrie Irving has been proving that he has one of the best handles in all of the NBA. Defending him 1-on-1 has been almost an impossible task for defenders, given his quickness, and ability to blow by them with ease.

During the first half of the game between the Boston Celtics and the visiting Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday, the 25-year-old Duke product once again showcased his impressive skill set, by driving against three defenders, and finishing with an uncontested layup. His move drew a huge ovation from the home crowd, as they were left in awe with Irving beating three Lakers defenders, and even making it look easy.

Despite only playing in his first season in Beantown, Irving is not showing any signs of finding it difficult to adjust to his new teammates’ style of play. He is continuing to perform at a very high level so far, with solid averages of 22.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, 5.7 assists, and a career-high 2.2 steals in 35.5 minutes per game.

The C’s are looking to win their ninth straight game and further improve on their record. With a win, they will also create more room between them and the Detroit Pistons, who are chasing them for the top spot in the East, and closed the distance with a win on the night versus the Indiana Pacers.
