For someone as antagonizing as Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green, it's easy for fans to lose it and go on rants that often cross the line. Unfortunately, one Twitter user went way beyond the line in his already-deleted tweet that's basically taken as a death threat to the reigning Defensive Player of the Year.
Too bad for that person, the internet never forgets and, as seen below, the message is totally uncalled for.

Green got a chance to react to the tweet after the Warriors 118-92 drubbing of the New Orleans Pelicans. In the postgame press conference, Green took the classy road, via Ben Golliver of Sports Illustrated.
“I feel bad for him. It's sad that someone would take this that serious… Making death threats, talking about life. I just pray he gets the help that he needs.”

The Twitter user, who is also verified for whatever it's worth, sent out an apology which has since been deleted. Then again, he probably underestimated the power of social media today.
Green then went to Twitter for a couple of subtle clap backs.
Interesting tweet @polksalad let’s make sure this @twitter ban come through https://t.co/jv9Sv1Sog7
