The Golden State Warriors' Kevin Durant will be traveling with the team as the Dubs head to Toronto to face the Raptors in Game 5 of the NBA Finals on Monday. However, there is still no guarantee if he will be available to play.
Warriors departing for Toronto right about now. Kevin Durant on the flight. Practice/availability tomorrow. Trend, in this series, has been for Kerr to announce his (out) status the day before. If there's a chance he can go, we should get that messaging tomorrow.

Durant hasn't played since Game 5 of the Western Conference semifinals because of a calf strain. The Warriors hoped that he'd be ready for the series opener against the Raptors, but four games have passed and it appears that he's still not 100 percent. Recent rumors are saying that KD's situation has created frustration within the team, which is understandable, considering the fact that they're on the brink of elimination.
Up to this point, the Warriors are saying that Durant's injury is in his right calf muscle, but there is speculation around the league that says he might have a torn Achilles.

Without Kevin Durant, the 10-time All-Star, the Warriors have looked vulnerable against the Raptors' defense. Steph Curry and Klay Thompson have shouldered most of the offensive load, but the rest of the team has failed to provide significant and consistent production.
If Kevin Durant will be given the green light to play Monday night, the Warriors will undoubtedly have a bigger chance of extending the series.
